    B Corp Certification

    Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. ​To be granted and to maintain certification, companies must receive a minimum score from an assessment of "social and environmental performance", integrate B Corp commitments to stakeholders into company governing documents, and pay an annual fee based on annual sales. Companies must re-certify every three years to retain B Corporation status.

    Beloved Community's Equity Audit

    The Equity Audit is a free comprehensive benchmarking tool that assesses diversity, equity, and inclusion for schools, non-profit organizations, and companies in order to implement tangible, measurable systemic change. ​The tools explore hundreds of indicators that assess the current state of an organization or institution’s stakeholders, community partners, board members, employment and hiring practices.

    Disability:IN is a U.S based non-profit which provides resources for businesses to become more disability inclusive. ​Their Disability Equality Index is a a comprehensive disability inclusion benchmarking tool that helps companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve disability inclusion and equality.

    Mind's Thriving at Work – Mental Health Standards

    UK mental health charity Mind has developed a ‘Thriving at Work guide’ for employers to explore the six core ’Thriving at Work standards’ as set out in a mental health review commissioned by the UK government. ​Aimed at those who shape mental health policies within organizations it provides practical examples of what employers are doing across the sector to support mental health in the workplace, as well as helpful tools.

    The Valuable 500 is global community of 500 companies and leaders who have committed to explicitly putting the inclusion of people with disabilities and the unlocking of their potential on their business leadership agenda.​ Business that sign up are listed on their website and get access to an online toolkit designed to help leaders and their boards on their inclusion journeys. Subjects include: Governance, strategy, representation, innovation.
