Support for multi-chapter working lives

We still are valuating [valuing] people that are doing the same job during years and years and years. Currently it’s changing and a new generation now is making a change. We have to change mentality. Because if people are changing every two years, it doesn't mean that they are valuated [valued] the same as someone who has been working with the same company during [for] years.  

So I think it’s a global change to legitimate people that are changing a lot during their career. It doesn't mean they are not faithful, but [they] just want to change and remaining adaptable. I believe that if employees learn every time, every day they will be more, more happy and more productive.
