Usha is the point of contact with external partners to deepen understanding of best-in-class HR and work across industries to formulate use cases that help move our business forward. She works to enable horizontal connectivity as we evolve our operating model to deliver on running and transforming the business.
She joined ELC in 2015 and has worked in GSC, Global R&D, the UK&I and NA. Usha spent six years at Heineken International, in Amsterdam as Head of Global Talent Management and in the Americas, as an HRBP. She worked with NIKE, Inc. in talent acquisition and management development in EMEA. Prior to HR, Usha worked in many areas of business, including finance, marketing, sales, and public relations.
