Patrick Hull

VP, Future of Work, Unilever

As of January 2021 Patrick has assumed the role of VP Future of Work, responsible for bringing Unilever’s social commitments on the Future of Work to life. Patrick's role is to help people stay fit for work – now and in the future

To do so, Patrick is leading a programme to deliver on three commitments: equipping Unilever's people for the future of work, pioneering new flexible employment options, and partnering with others to create jobs and skills for young people outside of Unilever. And doing this in a fun, creative way.

His Unilever career started in South Africa in 1996 when Patrick joined as a management trainee in Finance, then working on various roles in both finance and sales before leaving Unilever to start his own leadership development training business.

After running his business for 5 years Patrick decided to rejoin Unilever in HR specialising in change management. Moving back with Unilever to the UK in 2008 and leading their change management programme as we outsourced our HR Services. Patrick then moved into leadership development roles in China and Africa before moving back to the UK in 2016 as Global Learning Director for leadership and business skills. Later in 2018 becoming Global HR Strategy Director.
