Neena has over 25 years of experience from various HR roles within IKEA starting her human resources career as HR Assistant in the IKEA London, UK office in 1993.

Neena is a true people’s person who genuinely believes and cares about people as the greatest asset of any company. Neena is born in the United Kingdom, but after having travelled many IKEA markets she moved to the US in 2004 where she meet her husband Bob and her daughter Sophia was born. They currently live in Malmö, Sweden.
