Konstantinos Pagkratis

International Consultant and Researcher, Lifelong Learning Education

Konstantinos has served as a member of staff of UNESCO UIL (2015- March 2021) with a focus on capacity building, research and technical advice in the field of adult learning and education and non-formal education from a perspective of lifelong learning. 

Much of his work across diverse geographies has been concentrated on working together with national and local governments to develop, implement and monitor education strategies on lifelong learning and skills development, while collaborating with key development partners.

Prior to UNESCO UIL, he held several positions in learning and training project management in Denmark and Germany (private sector). He holds a MA degree in Lifelong Learning Education Policy Management awarded by Danish School of Education and is a PhD candidate in the field of entrepreneurship education.
