As part of this role she is responsible for several key global lines of practice; performance management, international mobility (including reward and benefits for 6.5K expatriates), job evaluation and educational services.
She has extensive experience and interest in using technology to enhance HR practices and has led two successful global SaaS implementations using Agile methodologies. She has also implemented several AI related tools to provide leaders and employees greater insights and support.
Anne has worked for Shell since 2014 in the US, NL and UK in generalist and policy positions. Prior to this she worked in a variety of senior leadership international positions including in Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Asia, Africa and Brazil.
